I hate Makras Real Estate, 1193 Church Street, in San Francisco.
They're rude, unhappy people. I went to pick up keys for the new front door. There are two of us in the apartment but they would only give me one key. They checked my ID and verified my identity in their computer system. Saw that there are two of us in the apartment but refused to give both keys for security purposes. Like I'm going to take the second key to my apartment and give it to the random guy on the corner who makes non-stop moaning sounds. I'd love him dropping by unexpectedly.
Regardless of their policies, they were assho*** about the whole thing. Never do business with these people.

you must live on or around 17th and valencia... that guy who makes non-stop moaning sounds, his name is nelson. i thought for the longest time he was all fucked up, but he actually speaks somewhat normally. he makes those sounds b/c he has asthma, he says... funny thing is, the only time he every speaks is to ask me for a cigarette... i'm like, dude, don't you have asthma, maybe you shouldn't be smoking...
and you're right... makras is a bunch of fuckholes....
makras sucks. he has tons of connections with the local police department and if you try to complain or bother him or tell him he is acting inappropriately with the law, it "APPEARS" that only you get blames and in trouble and some might same harassed for making these claims. I live in the bottom apartments and there is no heating and never was and I have lived here for years. Thank god I moved out of 452 duboce.
